Mr. Osman Youssif is the Founder and Managing Director of Horizon Crown Properties, bringing extensive international experience across residential, commercial, luxury and investment real estate markets. Based in Dubai and originally from Germany, his career has included property transactions, client advisory and business relationships across Germany, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, wider Europe, Egypt, Jordan and Libya. His international background gives him a strong understanding of both European and Middle Eastern investors. He works closely with private clients, property owners and corporate entities to identify suitable opportunities and provide clear, commercially focused guidance throughout each transaction.In Dubai, his expertise covers Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, MBR City, District One, District One West, Palm Jebel Ali and other prime communities. He leads Horizon Crown Properties with a focus on trust, transparency, personalised service and long-term client relationships.
